What settings affect whether or not I can view an animated greeting card? I get the words, not the picture.?

I have a new computer with high-speed connection and I can’t figure out why I can’t view the cards I’m sent through yahoo greetings. I can view them on other computers, but not my laptop or desktop. I can read what the person wrote as their personal message, but the card area is blank. What settings affect this? Thanks!

How To Find Greeting cards Online?
Does anyone use or know where i could find a site,that allows you to create free greeting e-cards?I know you can use greeting cards,like yahoo! greetings,but i want to create my own?Any suggestions welcome,and appreciated.Thank you for your time!
This isnt a kiddie one,lol.I dont mean that i can print out.i mean one that i can make online,and then email it to someone.
